The Ki-43-I is not in the game and it has no good bomb loadouts so Ki-43-II is the only good option since if its bad they can buff it if its good they can nerf it. How to explain you that posting statistics dont matter same is with the FW that is good on pepper and suddenly from BR V they moved it to BR III … so Ki-43-II is the best option for Japan BR II plane

No absolutely no He ammo for BR I or BR II planes … Jesus. The only planes that have HE ammo in the game are high BR planes.
