Its not too much since it has no armament Potez has 2x200 kg bombs and Offensive armament while this thing has no offensive armament so thats how you balance it. 2x250 kg bombs on a plane that has no offensive weapons its balance lets compare it with BR II plane without offensive weapons Sb-2m has 6x 100 kg bombs (and even this one should be BR I since no one plays it really) ??? Even fighters at BR I have 2 x100 kg bombs so really its not a valid point considering how bad are Japanese BR I tanks. So how bomber without weapons with only 2 x250kg bombs is better then fighter with 2x100 kg bombs?
Not to mention the P-38G that is ground attacker for some reason… how do you think will B5N2 kill P-38G ?
