Mouse znd keyboard support for consoles

As many pepole before im suggesting to add keyboard and mouse support like in war thunder
For console player enabling keyboatd and mouse option would automaticly turn on crossplay option so that pepole who play on pads would not have to compete with players that use keyboard n mouse

As always (because this seems to be a often repeated topic), that will be a big NO from me. I play on xbox. I usually turn off PC crossplay, though not always. Mouse & Keyboard on console is not good for the future of console play, for various reasons. The largest of which is fair play amongst other console players.

You say you want to have a chance against PC players, so you want PC controls. Then go play on a PC. If you want to play on console, against other console players, turn off PC crossplay. Having the advantage of controls is one of the primary reasons that console players have the option to turn off the crossplay. Introducing it will give advantage over other console players, simply bypassing the crossplay disable.

The thing is, if a person is on console, it may be because:

1. That’s what they prefer.
2. They can’t afford fancy PCs or setups to improve their play.
3. In the case of one of my good buddies, he lost several fingers on his left hand. He can operate a controller just fine, and work with the limitations that it has against players with the same controls. However, against PC controls (M&K) he doesn’t stand a chance. Its not like he can use a keyboard either. So he sticks to console.

So M&K on consoles will be an absolute NO from me, and all the guys I play with.

As far as aim sensitivity goes, there needs to be some adjustment options on console. I’ve noted as much in posts prior.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. Do NOT put mouse and keyboard on console!
If you wish to play with mouse and keyboard, go play on PC.

WHY?
There are quite a few players, (especially on Enlisted) that have physical disabilities such as missing fingers that don’t allow them to operate mouse and keyboard controls. They CAN however, operate a controller. They deserve to be able to play in a FAIR environment.

PC crossplay can be disabled from the console side BECAUSE mouse and keyboard is such a huge advantage. While the theory of bringing it to console makes console players potentially more competitive against PC players, it COMPLETLEY alienates the handicapped playerbase, that with the current system can turn off the crossplay and play in a fair and even environment.

• Please do NOT put mouse and keyboard on consoles.
• If you are that desperate to use mouse and keyboard, play on PC.
• If you can’t afford to play on PC, turn off crossplay in your settings, and enjoy playing against other console players.

Like i said turning keyboard and mouse support would automaticly turn on pc crossplay and it will be unable to turn off useless you will use controller so pepole who use controllers will still compete only agains othere pepole with controllers not mentioning there are pepole who use adapters to play on console with mouse and keyboard without pc crossplay so what are you yapping about

Because as soon as its added, people will figure out a work-around. Just like they did on PUBG, R6, COD, Battlefield, etc.

Better to not have it at all, then to open it up to a whole host of potential game-breaking issues.

There are pepole using adapters so what does it change and it should be banable to exploit it also gaijin alredy had experince with crossplay platforms so i think they are competet engnoung to not let that happend
