When df created the sidecar bike with mg mounted, we also got a new soldier class. This class comes associated with a vihecles and the ability to use smg.
My idea is to further develope the concept by adding a new squad for this new class where the vihecle remains unarmored with high mobility and a machine gun as main weapon.
A 5 man team in a jeep where one of the member could be an engeneer.
This could be very fun to play as it would be fun to shoot.
It would add tactical value to gameplay.
The importance of tactical units in the game, is that these can turn the game into a chalenging moving chessboard while allowing the less brain usage friendly players to do their run and gun and have a blast at it.
Enlisted has tremendous potential to entertain both type of players . All it takes is that the right tools and rules are set in place by a clever team.
One problem I see with this is cluttered maps. There is so much trash almost everywhere, you probably will spend a lot of time manouvering between it instead of actually fighting.
P.S. for all the others, stop using the " map too small " type of Bs.
because it doesn’t stand.
you don’t need giant maps to use vehicles.
heck, i’d argue current maps for how " small " or " cluttered " are, vehicles of these kind can still be used with no issue as long the driver is competent.
otherwise, how are you gonna explain artillery vehicle used for 200 meters, tank destroyers, etc.
so… if you can’t use them, it’s another discussion.

Thats why we have several squads to choose from according to battle circumstances.
While some players might just cyc,e thru their squad roster, oyhers will pick the squads the best adapt to situation.
Its a tactical decision that will ultimatly affect the outcome of the match.

I am taxi driver in Pacific, I won’t stop to say for certain maps we need transport for reach areas because even with a rally it’s hard reach certain areas
