I just want to know which one do you prefer guys
there’s not really a versus.
both are quite different threates.
it’s up for the players.
personally, i prefer normandy due to bigger maps and late war weapons.
but i don’t deny the moscow has it’s own charm.
while, others prefers moscow insthead of normandy due to having somewhat more covered maps. and somewhat, " better " balance as moscow has been tested more.
As Erika said, they are totally different, Moscow features more bolt action rifles while Normandy is alot more semi-auto.
That being said, I much prefer Moscow because Normandy is always featured in any WW2 game while Moscow is a fresh breath of life.
Normandy Campaign “Axis”
Reason: Better Weapons and Maps
2 different games - doing Moscow ATM. Will do Normandy eventually
Definitely Moscow (on the Soviet side of course: I hardly take pleasure playing the invaders).
Moscow mainly, but I like Normandy also.
Moscow for me definitely. As Bravo_two_Six said, Moscow is a fresh breath of life.
I can say the same for Berlin campaign that will be available in future. We seen that in so many games, WW2 is much more.
Personally, Battle for Hungary/Budapest would give us something not seen until now and is also late war. Pest is flat, Buda is hilly, variety of maps could be great. You could also have 4 armies (German/Hungarian vs Russian/Romanian). Almost all the tanks and planes are already in WarThunder.
Moscow as the Soviets considering Normandy have been done by various WWII games already while they are fewer games that cover the Eastern Front, even more when talking about early war like Battle of Moscow. Also its rare to actually use the PPD due to the fact that it was mostly replaced by PPSh and PPS later on as these guns were produced in colossal numbers during the entire war.
I’m still looking forward for Battle of Berlin and see what this game will do like will it be better than CoD World at War or what.
It does feature more action bolts, however the question is whether those action bolts are useless or not… aaand they mostly are. Moscow is usually short-range /close-quarters fights where SMGs are dominating.
I personally play both but prefer Normandy a bit more, simply because maps are often favouring both action bolts and automatic weapons… that is something Moscow can only dream about (looking at you, Manor travesty!)
