More like all german bolt action rifles need a buff from 13 to 15 to match russian guns
oh and also the SMGs at least from 5.5 to 6.0 to match the russian guns in damage, but to 6.5+ to match them in DPS due to firerate diffrence
Oh and also Germans should have their M30 shotgun back. The TOZ-B is in fact a German M30 but Germany doesn’t get it.

What about the sight?
M1907 has the worst sight here, especially that annoying fingers.
German’s G33/40 sight is higher and thus a better sight.
oh so that’s worth the germans doing less damage all over and ok if we gonna use that logic then the mosins should be slower at putting down shots
not to mention that this is stock the problems the germans got form the nerf is with all their bolt action rifles
i mean, not for being a wehraboo or how the hell you call them, but in reality, the k98 was an expencive manufactured rifle. when the russian counterpart, was made for large quantities, and cheap production.
both are good rifles, but the german one is slightly better. and you can find many sourches out there on your own.
saying this, i don’t think that the nerf damage was needed on the german mauser.

But during my both playing german and soviet matches, this sight problem do a great difference. Using german rifle is more easier to aim, at least you can ge a hit. Using soviet rifle, the 1907, will takes you longer to aim, or have to use the zoom function to aim.
If there’s a difference of ability to hit the target, the secondary damage is less important. If you can’t hit something, there’s meaningless of its damage.
Later variants of the mosin do get better sights and also more damage.

Alright, so just because of the sight german guns are bound to do terrible damage even when upgraded against stock soviet emergency mass produced guns, got it… Like come on. I totally agree that I should need 3 damn shots from kar to kill single member in premium squad and even sniper rifle should do damage equal to tickling an enemy because muh sight.
There is simply no way how to justify this nerf.

Well, as 52 matches’ after action report screenshots I played and collected, german has still slightly more win ratio. If german’s rifle increased, the win ratio will be more unbalanced.

oh no pls tell me how hard it is for you to hit targets at a distance with the stock rifle while the germans even kill at point blank range a guy with the health perk while having upgraded/none stock rifles
learn to play then you people just want to take positions while the germans just run to your killzones and get mauled down
this convo is a summary “but the stock rifle of the USSR has terrible sights pls nerf the Germans more the damage nerf is not enough they still win more games” if the Germans win more games it’s due to the team doing a good job while being at disadvantage. I’ve seen games lost byt the soviets whiole them having way more kills but pls tell me how the germans are op

Nope… while it may feel like it, that is only thanks to the amount of coordination german teams are often forced into, not sights. It is fairly common for me to have battles where soviets completely crush Germans only because they get organized a bit. In fact, when I´m playing Germans I often just take mosin or PPK41 from a corpse and go with that because of how pitiful german action bolt guns are.

Generally a battle can be summarized by the question “do the Russians know what they are doing” - If they do, aka set up MG nests on invasion, use grenades properly, etc, they will win 9 times out of 10. If they do not know what they are doing, they will lose a lot, which happens quite often because their playerbase is smaller, leading to more battles wherer they have AI teammates.
Russian people play Russia,
European and American players play Germany, leading to a much larger playerbase for Germany.

kar 98s need to be restored in their previous status in general ok if youn want atrter gun at 12 (personally i would say13 at least have the one we have at it and push the others up to 15 like the mosins or 14.5 or a bit more if you wanna be autistic with muh bullet velocity
bullet velocity? what about bullet size and mass? the kar98k makes up for its lower velocity with more mass and size.

I dunno at the start of the thread said more velocity so more damage but yeah good point we have seen that with the nato vs the russian ammo
The G 33/40 model is a placeholder (I believe) so the sights might not be the same
both the k98 and mosin should do the same damage. if this is not corrected im calling russian bias.
