The Germans actually had troops there that were mounted on motorbikes and combinations as well

Would be a bit weird in Moscow because of the season. Battles happen during start of spring, which is why there’s a lot of mud everywhere and a lot of snow patches. Those bikes would just get stuck after 1 meter in reality… But it’s a game so who knows. 
Given that there are no terrain mods in effect for infantry movement you’re probably better of stashing a “water bottle” in your slot and sprinting there.
