More voices in the game!
For example, when a new soldier is shot, you have to pant and panic.
For example, a sniper shoots 3-4 people in a row, then says this is it.
Or if he misses 3-4 shots, he tells himself to concentrate.
Similar things would spice up the game.

Not only more voicelines, but variations to the the same voicelines.

There are English, Russian, Japanese, Italian voices in the game but each nation only have 1 male voice and 1 female voice (Stalingrad allied).

It would be way more immersive if there are variation to the voices:

And I don’t know why they are laughing at battlefield.
They should learn from Battlefield 1.

I agree with you, but I also think it is a proposal that may be difficult to realize.
It would be very expensive to hire actors and record new audio. With the official launch coming up, they may not have time to do that for a while.
However, I do hope that this game will become richer in the future.
