More detailed soldiers (dirt and mud)

I think Enlisted soldiers are too…fancy for ww2
Solders on the front are almost always dirty and have black hands from gunpowder.

Edit: No, I dont want dirty uniforms, only faces and hands

I mean, this could be added since most of the work could be done via texture editing. But there are still bigger fish that Darkflow/Gaijin have to fry. It’s still a good suggestion IMO  One thing I’ve gotta state is that character uniforms should be easily visible so that you can always tell which side they’re on.

Nice idea but I would like to avoid fighting as/vs whole army of people covered with mud instead of uniforms. So some limitations would be needed, as always.

No I dont want any dirty uniforms just faces and hands

Yeah I was just stating in case anyone wanted that haha

this should be pretty easily doable through a noise-based texture lerp shader, and would add a lot to immersion imo.

Mich better, I’ll change ot

this could be an interestring idea,

in war thunder, there is a simular feature. i’m quite sure it could also work here for infantry.

the more you stay alive and kill enemies, the more your character will " get dirty ".

figures that could also work for vehicles.

not sure what i’m looking because looks like more of a camo,
which, speaking of, those should be changed for normandy campaign. as the germans are still using a desert one, and the americans still use the factory one, but that’s another discussion for another time

what i meant,
the idea it’s more or like this:

That doesnt look bad at all and can be easily implemented in Enlisted (same dev)

I agree that Panzer should be in a different colour but when I look at Sherman photos, most of them aren’t coloured in some special camo so adding shermans with factory camo may not be as unrealistic
