But what does it have in common with my statement that german MGs can be used both as LMGs and on the tripod?
because german soldiers who fired MG-42ās at the hip were build like mountainās⦠you literally had to be a specific body type to be one of those guys⦠they specifically selected the biggest, strongest men out of everyone and trained them to fire these guns standing⦠they were a very specialized regiment but were the equivalant of stock troopers even their name sturmfeuer āstorm fireā gives you a pretty good idea how they operated
Ok, but Iām talking about using it on a bipod, not hip fire it.
because you then give one sides MGās a clear advantage over the other like the Soviets SG-43 could be used with a bipod also and that means that on moscow the allies would have a medium MG that can be fired without assembling the tripod and same with the axis on normandy
that would wreak havoc with the balance if one side can mount their MMGās on windows and the other side canātā¦
post a pic of an SG43 on a bipod please.
Thatās why I wrote:
Can I save this.
Buff all stationary MG42s, the ones already on the map or built by engineers, to 1200 rpm, and give allies their historical conters.
actually i think that image is a Type 67 its basically just a cannibalized SG-43 body the chinese built the Type 67 around though
I asked for a picture of the SG43 tho?
yea i think i may have slipped on that one since i neglected to remember the SG-43 uses spade grips just like the Vickerās
I do feel they should add the 1919A4 you can fire it in inaccurate burst from the hip and deploy it to use its full potentialā¦
