As of right now, the appearance pool that we given is kind of bland and there are already a lot of used cosmetics already in game that look good, and could be used to make some really good looking outfits.
It would also be nice for starter troops to at least come with standard field gear instead of being practically naked with a empty cartridge belt. There should be some basic field gear given to them, ammo pouches, bread bags, canteens, haversacks etc (Of course cosmetically, and the actual backpack items give more ammo/inventory)
There should also be more proper/accurate uniforms like:
-American m1941 jacket, with m37 trousers, gaiters, haversack/ what the basic Normandy infantry man wouldve worn, not m1943/late war equipment.
-American paratrooper gear with rigger pouches and musette bag. (Normandy)
(list could go on for a while, and it wouldnt be that hard just do a little research on historically accurate uniforms)
Some outfits that would be cool to see added into the customization pool:
(There are of course a lot of customization that could be added, this is just a very broad list, )
Torso:
- Fallschrimjager uniforms (Camo’d variants, smocks etc.)
- SS camo smocks (Peadot, Oak leaf Etc.)
- More Camo smocks (Splinter camo, sumpftarn, others)
- American camo’d HBTs
Headgear:
-Netted helmets with foliage/scrim
-Camo covers (More SS covers, splinter covers etc…)
-M38 helmets
-Garrison caps, and German m43 caps
-More m2/m1c paratrooper helmets with insignia and scrim
So if this were to be done and there were to be all these uniforms, it would get messy to scroll through all of them, so maybe new apperance customization UI could be added.
