War isn’t something “Quiet” in the background of the action a multitude of stuff happens at the same time, but in Enlisted outside D-Day bunker and ship crossfire and search light plus AA in some maps, the rest of the scenario are quiet, too much I have to say
So this is a suggestion for bring more chaos on the battlefield and simulate a more living environment, the suggestion is divided in both ground and air part with two point each
Air
Friendly and enemy Search light and AA
- In different map as I posted we have search light and AA shot visible in background but those are fake, they don’t have utility outside looking good, then I propose to make them “real”, by positioning them at the team air spawn and working as AA for counter revenge air spawn or spawn killing, this means both rearm point and spawning point will become one things, also the point should be pushed back a little so player wouldn’t end in the enemy no fly zone just for fly a bit more outside the ground battle border
Close air support operations
- Currently air battle in Enlisted feels limited and sometime fighter or cas plane aren’t even used, in pure random player battles, so here I would suggest and improvement, for make Air battle more present I want ask the possibility of letting AI Cas formation from both side randomly dropping neutral bomb who damage everyone in a random places of the map, this would let fighter player actively help to shoot them down and a protect their allies, also stopping enemy fighters to destroy their AI CAS, for Cas player instead outside the grounds battle border should be present objectives like radio stations, Artillery stations, outpost etc… who if destroyed give advantage, like stopping the enemy from using a radio call for tot time, too increase or decrease tickets
Ground
Where is the logistics?
- In war logistic always determinate winner or loser, and in Enlisted this is completely impossible because isn’t aiming to replicate the real world, but we can do something for make it more “represented”, Ai ammo truck should spawn from both side and follow the offensive, letting players the ability of restocking their ammunitions as normal ammo box, but the difference is the ammo truck would give a complete restore of all the ammunition used by The players (nade, medic stuffs and mines too) for a single time, all the other time it will restore just normal ammunition
Medic!
- Medic squad are actually very ignored past BR 2 once you get assaulter they are forgotten, but because players don’t use it I don’t see why AI shouldn’t, all AI squad should have 1 medic in all of their squad (outside vehicles one for oblivious reason) and those medic should act independently from their squad and going around to revive people
