[MOD] SOUNDS OF WAR - a comprehensive sound overhaul (beta release)

You would need to check the sound for Koko Rifle (koko_rifle_gun) and the Solothurn S18/100 (solothurn_s_18_100)
I believe these 2 guns have new sounds

reworked stg sounds again and added solothurn sounds

oh yes, i would also like to mention that all of my mods are open for the community to modify and redistribute as long as they are generous enough to credit me for the original work

if i ever stop updating this mod for any reason, then anybody is welcome to pick up the work

May that day never come

I personally dont use your sound mod, but i find it very cool nonetheless. It is a project i respect and it shall be cherished by everyone

I plan to support my mods as long as I play enlisted. But I realize that real life events can sometimes appear suddenly, so I want to offer everybody the ability to continue and improve upon my ideas

Well, I don’t know if EVERYBODY cherishes it, I do think bigote’s sound mod is more popular overall, but I will happily continue my work

Videogame modding has always been an important concept to me, so I wholeheartedly encourage anybody to use my mod as base for their own ideas and ambitions

Your sounds are more consistent and coherent. Bigote’s sounds are more all over the place. Some of the sounds there are incredibly sharp, while others are very muffled. Making me to have uncanny valley feeling.

So, I’ve used bigote’s sounds as a base (for vehicle sounds mostly), and then overwrote most of them for the sake of the weapon sounds by your mod.

That’s probably what works best for me.
