Just saying, if they can mix Italian and German units for Tunisia, there’s no reason we can’t see Romanian, Hungarian and Italian squads in the Moscow/Stalingrad campaigns. Would be extremely easy to implement.

In moscow there is no united axis only germans forces
In stalingrad yes there a coalition of forces in the axis side only 300.000 (and more) axis soldier dead are from italy-hungary-romania, so actually there is a big reason to add them and their squad and weapons along side the german

Yes, because I love varied stuff. Must be why I’m one of the oddballs truly enjoying Tunisia AXIS (!) at the moment. (Carcanos are really satisfying to me, even close to the mannlicher).

Agree, even the basic one is decent tbh.
Tunisia is my favourite campaign, so make that 2 oddballs. I’ve even grown to love my lumbering M14 and its awful turret and MG traverse, as long as I don’t try to use it as an infantry sweeper.

Any bolt action that is not mas-36/mosin 1907 (screw that thing) is decent.
But carcanos have simply something unique in them, that just makes it preferable choice in Tunisia… maybe because it is not the same weapon for the 4th time like kar is.
To be fair, Kar-98s were extremely common. Still are, relatively speaking. I about bought a whole crate of them once but, I passed up the opportunity much to my chagrin.

Well, of course they were, since they were standard issue for german troops.
But, with 4 campaigns, I tend to take any oportunity (that is not mas 36…again) to use something else instead.
I only use kar98 on my german troops in Tunisia for that reason.
I’ll add a few to this list: M38 mosin, 1917 Enfield, Kar98k with GGP40.
To be fair to M38 mosin, it is actually not that bad, it is just that m91 mosin is just better in every aspect. So there is no reason to use M38
M38 should honestly be basic weapon instead of 1907, and it would be perfect.

It honestly is. The clip reload is atrocious, the front sight is too thick, the chamber rate is fairly slow for a carbine and it only has 13 hitpower.
I hate that gun with a passion. Tbh, I prefer the 1907 over it just because of the sight.
Sights are probably just a matter of prefference, unless they are Vickers Berthier level of thick.
But given the level of unlock, and other rifles you have available in low level, M38 is pretty awful.
Yeah. In Berlin it’s at least a starter gun, while in moscow it’s more pointless than the 20round berreta.

I only use the Mas 36 on one soldier because it was the free one with the unlock and I’m too new and cheap to spend a silver order on a bolt-action that may be one star. I do like BAs but, given a choice… lol
So you are that one guy I see using Mas-36 in killfeed once per… a lot of games. It always gives me a good laugh to see anyone actually using it.

Lol, I’m a single full-time father who has no money to spend frivolously often, so I’m grinding it out the hard way instead of spending a few bucks so I don’t have to deal with a subpar weapon for a few extra months lol. it’s not too bad up close though but, I learned not to even bother shooting out past 100 meters. I’ll just give away my position and die lol.
My daughter’s 10th birthday is next month. I’m waiting to see what she’s going to ask for before I think about throwing some gold on here. Already got her a hoverboard and a keyboard piano for Christmas so here’s to hoping! 
What I meant is, that kar98 is a basic weapon in Normandy… that is superior to mas-36 in pretty much everything, so there really is no need to spend gold to get better bolt action.
