The Flakpanzer I and M13 MGMC are missing some of its crew members. The Flakpanzer I is supposed to have 4-5 crew, and the M13 is missing two loaders.
It may seem pointless but its great for the sake of immersion

in fact, the sdkfz 251/9 is also missing the fifth crew member.

weird thing, you can take 4 members in the m13 from a while, ( the 4th member not being grayed out ) yet when you go in battle, the 4th member disappears.

It’s not pointless. It’s essential for overall survival. Because these crew members can replace key roles once you suffer casualties in crew.
