Missing cosmetic items

A purchased cosmetic item has disappeared. // Gaijin.net // Issues
I reported this bug last year. However, it has not been fixed yet.
It was actually fixed once, but the bug was rolled back only a week or so after it was fixed. By a new update. Horribly stupid update. What the heck do they check before they do an update?
Is this a bug that difficult to fix? Perhaps the developers are just ignoring it.
Developers have work to do before selling new premium squads and events.
You should start fixing the bugs you are neglecting right now.
I am truly angry with Darkflow for not offering any guarantees to their customers for the loss of “paid” cosmetic items that were purchased with gold or cosmetic tickets. It seems to me that they have too much contempt for their customers.
I will be the first to write about this and give a low rating review when it is released on Steam.

And this forum where you have to have played the game within a week to post an opinion is a crock.
I played the game for an hour just to make this post.

Yes, customizations keep disappearing just like that. Sometimes they magically reappear. But for majority of time they are just gone for good.
And the only thing man can do is bother support. Very annoying.
And it seems like devs do not care whatsoever. :cry:

Yeah, It is disgusting.
We pay and the developer provides a service. That is the way it should be, but this game provides incomplete service and the developer shows a lack of respect.
I don’t want to play the game until the bugs are fixed, but I have to play at least two games before I can even write a complaint on the forum to remind them of their work. Forum with a very cowardly system.

Looks like Devs are way too busy making new contents rather than fixing bugs. It’s disappointing but It’s expected from darkflow.
