Seems to be most noticeable on the Moscow campaign (although my experience is low outside of Moscow and Normandy).
Stand by the mini window/view port type opening - can’t align out of it for firing.
Crouch by the same window - can’t align out of it for firing.
Manage to find one you can aim out of - fire, and the bullet seems to hit the inside window sill.
It’s not all of them, yet it’s rather frequent.
It’d also be nice to be able to vault through all of the windows instead of vault and stuck.

The best way of negating this, is to deploy on windowsill, gun will raise over window ledge slightly, at least it does in Normandy
Yet sometimes mounted guns will phaze through wood below or abowe the window.

Yeah, mounting is a whole other issue it seems in the Moscow campaign versus my experience in Normandy as well.
Mount a weapon in the middle of a doorway or window - and it won’t turn to the right or left. Mount a weapon in a window sill, shooting out straight, and your bullets are likely to hit the window sill.
It’s like the Moscow campaign just has these odd quirks.
Been playing more recently in Berlin and Tunisia, and haven’t had the same issues I get in Moscow.
