Logged out yesterday 27 may 2025 as a Brig Gen points at 87 or 88. Logged in about 15 minutes ago and now im a 2 Lieutenant with 51 rating points. Am i loosing my mind

As above, ranks get reset with each new BP.
If you click the Details (I think it is, not sure as I’m not in front of my PC) button in the rank list, it’ll explain everything in more detail.
