MG Nest Default Engineer Building

I think it is pointless that MG Nests are locked to Engineer II. Why? Any and every Engineer squad can unlock the more powerful AT and AA guns, and yet the MG Nest is gatekept for some reason. Make the MG Nest either a default Engineer building or add it as an upgrade like AT and AA guns

This is a very simple and easy fix
