Merge callsign and appearance orders

I’d like DF to merge callsign and appearance orders into one type of order responsible for both of those things, let’s call it cosmetics order.
I’m pretty sure that I’m not the only one who has way too much (64 in my case) callsign orders because I don’t use them at all, while having no appearance orders because I decided to give camo uniforms to one squad and it’s not enough.
