Hey be fair - the Red army was driven in allied trucks, the Soviet railways used a huge number of western engines (they USSR only produced about 200 rail engines during the whole war!), provided over 50% of the USSR’s aluminium and over 80% of its copper.

On the down side was almost 650,000 tons of spam… :thinking:

So you got to say there was good and bad in there! :wink:

during the war, about 30 million units of small arms of all major types were produced at the enterprises of the Soviet Union, while only about 152 thousand units of small arms, i.e. 0.5%, were put into service in the Red Army from American, British and Canadian factories.
A similar pattern was observed for all types of artillery systems of all calibers — 650 thousand Soviet guns and mortars against 10 thousand foreign ones, which was less than 1.5% of their total number.
For tanks and self-propelled guns, the ratio of domestic and allied vehicles was, respectively, 133 thousand and 12 thousand (9%);
For combat aircraft — 140 thousand and 18 thousand (13%).
And one more thing: out of almost $ 46 billion, which cost the entire lend-lease assistance of the United States to all allies, for the Red Army, which defeated the lion’s share of the divisions of Germany and its military satellites, the United States allocated only $ 9 billion, that is, a little more than 20% of the funds.
At the same time, the British Empire received more than 30.2 billion. (65%),

In addition to German troops, 141 divisions and 60 brigades of Finland, Hungary, Romania, Italy and Slovakia operated on the Soviet-German front during the war.

The Soviet-German front was the most intense fighting in the entire Second World War. Of the 1,418 days of its existence, 1,320 days (93%) were occupied by large-scale operations involving large groups of troops on both sides. On the Soviet-German front, fascist Germany suffered the greatest losses in divisions and brigades. They amounted to 508 [ 10 ] calculated divisions, while in the Western and Southern theaters of operations these losses amounted to 179 divisions. 87 divisions and 8 brigades surrendered to the Soviet troops, 46 divisions and 9 brigades surrendered to the troops of the allies in the anti—Hitler coalition — the United States, Britain and France. In fact, on the Soviet-German front, almost three quarters (about 72%) of the German armed forces, more than 60% (166 out of 275.5) of the formations of the armies of its allies were defeated, destroyed, captured, forced to surrender.

Nazi Germany suffered the greatest losses in divisions and brigades in the last two years of the war. These losses amounted to 219 divisions and 46 brigades in 1944, and 282 divisions and 42 brigades in 1945. Of these on the Soviet-German front, respectively: 155 divisions and 29 brigades, 198 divisions and 30 brigades. In 1945 alone, Germany lost almost as many divisions on the Soviet-German front as it had on June 22, 1941 (For comparison: on June 22, 1941, Germany had 217.5 divisions, and its losses on the Soviet-German front in 1945 amounted to 213 divisions). In the last days of the war — from May 1 to May 9, 1945, 94 German divisions were destroyed or captured by Soviet troops.

that’s quite a long wall of text for just basically agreeing.

cuz majority of the steel that you got ( and used ), was from the land lease pact.

I have written 100% and irrefutable facts. I’m not going to participate in this dispute anymore. P.S. Then do not forget to blame the “evil” USSR, communism, and all those who disagree with your opinion burn on the fire of the holy Inquisition. Good day. BB.

I have a feeling you will.
