Add a “Need a Medic!” to the Communication Wheel

If that option is in game one way or another someone’s gonna be spamming it it will happen.

Worth noting for someone that is a medic, it pretty clearly shows injured soldiers around you. Plus not all campaigns have medics and in many games there might not even be an active medic on the battlefield so giving another command for people to spam would just be annoying.
Not to mention if someone even thinks there’s a chance that help is coming (regardless of whether it’s even present) that might be enough reason for them to hide in a corner instead of continuing to fight.
Plus it might help to inspire any players that have a Medic Squad in their line up to choose them, or put down Med crates. I’ve had a handful of matches where Medics didn’t even put down their crates
