The news makes it clear that the Gerat 03 will be the exclusive weapon in the Premium Squad.

Couldn’t it be that the Christmas candy was left undisclosed specifically by the Devs and the STG-44 will still be introduced in the normal campaign? Sniff, sniff …bait from Devs?

Edit: Just my conspiracy theory with which I want to reassure people who waiting for STG (myself included)

You mean another hidden level for both soviet and germany in berlin along the secret new mape/mode?

To be frank, I wouldn’t really mind anything like that. I even enjoyed something like that in form of secret event or whatever. (like find hidden STG in ruins, and unlock it fully)

I hope the production team can change the firing speed of the semi-automatic rifle back to its original speed.
Now the semi-automatic rifle, especially the G43 semi-automatic rifle, is a little slow.

I’d be pissed and ecstatic at the same time if they announced it with their special Berlin blog.

My guess is they’re announcing Berlin for last gen though.
