Matchmaking needs to be more balanced. Vet stack vs Noobs = no fun

from what i saw this is mostly problem of crossplay on in off peak hours for their particular server and crossplay off in general. bigger problem is that one faction is stacked with skilled players (and mediocre victory farmers), while other at best has just mediocre players with shit players.

Then implement a stack v stack MM but do not limit my ability to play with my friends, I don’t play toxicly nor do I sweat. I’m not farming and I still lose. Calm yourself down you’re mad at the wrong thing.

Whatever. I really couldn’t care less. Currently stacks are literally destroying experience of everyone involved. I doubt they do care as well.

This literally a TEAM game.

Lame argument. Those these are primarily made of solo players. Deal with it.
If that wasn’t the case , 4stacks wouldn’t have been a problem in the first place xD

What stack are you referring to? If you referring to 4 man stack I doubt it is the reason of causing your problem. It is mainly cause by many veteran playing one faction.

Ignore him, EVA lives in his head rent free.

Stack v stack mm is by far the way to go. There also needs to be lobby chats and better in-game vc options too.

Lane argument? That’s rich…
Have you considered instead of 4 stacks being a problem it’s just the imbalance of veterans?

No, I am not speaking about faction bias.

I am saying that fighting against or with 4 stack just isnt fun for anyone involved except them. Especially if they do have communication means nobody else has

They just do have obvious and unfair advantage. That’s the fact.

How do you even identify enemy stacks? I’ve never seen them, and I still win an amazing number of games. This seems like an imaginary problem, despite never experiencing it myself and your lackluster arguments I’m in favor of a stack-based MM.

Sometimes I do know those players by nicknames, sometimes all four nicknames have clues those people are from the same country, sometimes they do have clantags.

I cant tell 100% of time of course, but I’d say I’m pretty good at recognizing it now.
I’ve already got a little over 30 days of raw gametime in game.

I really don’t understand how anyone can defend this. It’s literally unfair to all other people involved, 4 stacks just do have huge advantage over literally everyone else.
Plus i literally don’t know a single game that is allowing 4 men groups in 10 vs 10 public matches where most of players are solo players.

What’s hilarious the most is, that those people always talking some nonsense about competitiveness and so.
Kinda hypocritical, since this behavior goes literally against any sense of competitiveness whatsoever. You are just taking advantage of completely obvious advantage you have to farm other people. That’s all.

Dont know of a single game that allows stacks

War Thunder and World of Tanks both do, off the top of my head (the latter being 15 v 15; fought many a MAHOU or RELIC stack back in the day). Call of Duty allows parties as well.

WOT allows 3 man squads = 20% of team, so smaller influence vs enlisted max 40%
COD → has SBMM and voice chat
idk a thing about WT
but you can also look at battle royale games that match squads against other squads.

Which is why I’ve said to match stacks against stacks. Reducing the ability of friends to play with each other is certainly not the move.

Also a MAHOU stack in their heyday was more influential than a 4-stack in this game.

i agree that stack against stacks is good option, although i dont believe it is realistic considering playerbase. they will either go against bots most of the time or will have extremely long waiting times.

It just needs to be preferential, not a hard lock (much like BRs are now). If stacks are queueing they get assigned to the same game, if there is no stacks available they eventually get thrown into a pub game. There will never be a 100% way to balance a group of communicating players versus non-communicating players unless they add decent comms systems to this game.

So basically nothing would change, since exactly that’s already implemented xDDD

Legit solution, lmao

considering nation matchups, BRs and size of playerbase it will be basically pub match all the time. you will get 1 stack vs stack game every 100 or so games with stacks.

BR-s are hard locked AFAIK.

You are acting like limit number of people in stack to 2 or 3 would be some extreme anti user practice. When in fact, basically no other game has so screwed up and unfair group/squad policy.

I don’t see why majority of the playerbase should suffer just because some insecure clowns want to farm them in 4 stacks. That’s just toxic, nothing else.
Lol

Kind of?
I recall Keo or euthymia said MM first looks for BR±1 and later the full 1-3 and 3-5 range. But tbh it feels like a marketing trick (read: BS).
