Matchmaking and or desertion idea/fix?

Ok.

Out of touch enlisted player here that rarely checks the forums.

Just looking for other peoples opinions.

Ever since the new BR system came out I have had this thought stuck in my head. Is the idea possible to be able to look for matches that are in a specific campaign as a specific faction?

For example. Outside of the days where I randomize my faction in the matchmaking, I do tend to crave for a specific campaign, like Tunisia, or Berlin. and sometimes I want to play as the allies or axis specifically for a campaign, and I would be happy to wait for as long as it takes to matchmake.

I just want to know if something like this could be implemented in the game, maybe add extra XP bonuses if you queue for a random faction and a random campaign, I doubt it would at all reduce the desertion problem by much but its a thought I had with a few other people that I know who play Enlisted have suggested to me.

I understand that there is now a map like/dislike function. but from my experience its never entirely worked, and the like/dislike function is limited to either 10,15, or 5 maps in total and that doesn’t seem to be enough. (side note, but could there be a feature where we can remove all disliked/liked maps?)

Again I could just be completely clueless and not understanding, but I thought I would voice my inquiry.

thats a stupid idea because all of the USA mains would stop queueing for pacific so they can harass the lower skilled germans and then everybody playing japan would be stuck in long ass queues (as if the queues werent bad enough at times)

Then the devs need to get off of their asses and add ACTUALLY GOOD pacific maps

this might be the " tricky " part.

but you can earn XP as long you have 10 ( i guess 9 ) other people inside the lobby.

otherwise, as for the base game goes, no.
that kinda defies and goes against the very premise of the merge it self.

I made a post about server dedicated to certain campaigns but no one seemed interested in it. it was also a bad take on it but still lol.
