Still haven’t gotten that ability, when is it coming?

Its still dumb to “upgrade” guns for troops and even have a system like earning guns from games to play. to earn more guns to play and so on…Whats the real goal have an Elite squad that heals out of combat and shoots dimes? Orders in general is why having “GOOD” troops or decent weapons is a grind in its self but after you do get that what next…
