so recently i was rewatching videos from the enlisted channel on youtube and while watching video called: Free access days / Enlisted i noticed a silhouette of a marder 3 german tank destroyer (at 0:18)

Yes, some of us are aware.

Lots of vehicles did and do exist on game files and or where present during early tests on training grounds

If I recall correctly that one was there too
