Good evening comrades,
what about the devs doing a map creation contest? I know that they are watching some of the works but why dont do it official.
Create maps, best 5 will win prices, best 3 will be considered implemented into the official game.
I do not have the time to sandbox maps and stuff but I saw already some really really cool stuff created by the community.
Could that be something?
I totally agree. Some editors create mods which are that realistic, that they could easily be implemented in Enlisted! 
Also i am a fan of realistic mods myself-
And i am also working on a highly detailed mod again (which hopefully would be a candidate 
)

As much as I would love for something like this to work. Are there enough map creators to make maps high quality enough for the game? I am afraid player-made maps might be horribly unbalanced in favor of making cool scenery and gameplay. Nonetheless, ways to bring more maps to the game should be explored. It was the #1 most requested thing that developers should work on based on my survey.
I must say, and i do that with my full honesty:
Some of the maps I saw, which were created by hardloving enlisted fans like myself, are way better than the ones already playable. @Scav_Sergei has some decent content for example.
A map created by a player is not always the same as a map created by a developer.
A good mix is would be great and I think that such a contest could be a huge benefit for both parties.
Well, if a contest were to happen I think it would be best formatted in a way that map mappers could also submit their old maps. So that the best maps from the community can be selected instead of recent ones.

I am glad you like my mods and designing, its a lot of effort 
This mod editor is awesome, you can make your dream locations become real
It would be really nice if they would sometimes really make events where we can choose a mod which could become part of the real game ( i mean if its a balanced mod with 5 invasion points, why wouldnt they?)
Also it would motivate a lot to create more mods and custom locations since sometimes its hard and disappointing if you work a lot and spend a huge amount of time to create something, which you are really proud of, what you want to show others, but no one actually cares…
