Hello, I need more information in which squads you lost customization.

I am in the same situation. Every chest item I had purchased for the US Army has disappeared.
From the looks of it, it appears that all chest equipment of US soldiers has disappeared. All soldiers of it.
I usually play in the US Army and that’s all I noticed, but some German chest equipment and helmets have disappeared as well.
And never ask me what disappeared, because I do not remember it. If I knew it would disappear with today’s update I might have documented it, but I don’t routinely document the entire collection I have collected over the course of a year.
Dark Flow, please don’t make your clients look up missing items. You are the ones responsible for examining the missing items.
I hope this will be resolved soon.

Soldiers whose items have disappeared have a blank chest when looking at the UI. Presumably this is a trace indicating that the purchased item has disappeared.
If you take a squad in this state to the battlefield and play the game even once, the UI that was blank will show the default costume, and the traces of the missing items will disappear.

2.- USA 319 infantry regiment - all chest parts missing (7)
3.- USA 107 machine gun battalion - all chest parts missing (7)
4.- USSR 21st Guards infantry regiment - all chest parts missing (7)
5.- USSR 930th infantry regiment - all chest parts missing (7)
6.- GER 894th grenadier regiment - all pants missing (7)
in total 35 chest pieces missing and 7 pants. this its a shit its a lot.
My German camo pants got moved to Tunisia. I am missing my Pacific camo helmets as well.
