A nice QOL i think would be is putting reserve soldiers in their own catagorys and not 1 long list to scroll through.

Aswell an nice QOL i think would be when you swap out soldiers so they are put in reserve, auto remove unnecessary equipment so you don’t have to go 1 by 1 soldier to remove it. Or an option to remove all unnecessary equipment from everyone in the reserve list by the click of an button.
