This is why we need Rank Based Match Making or SBMM.
This is boring for winning team and frustrating for massacred team.

Here is the thing, before the merge … it was worse … it was just hidden from a lot players as many stuck to the big 2, Moscow, and Normandy. But every other battle was one sided 90% of the time, rotating every now and then with events and such. It was only going to get worse with more battles. This system allows new maps to be added without splitting the playerbase more which is a good thing.
As for SBMM or RBMM … the community at current, I don’t believe is large enough to support such. It also has to take into account when someone queues with people of varying skill levels (which every SBMM and RBMM system I’ve seen absolutely fails at) … Enlisted is more of a casual experience than a competitive due to the RNG that the AI squad mates brings to the table.
Right now we have a matchfinder, rather than a matchmaker. Personally, I think the best thing to do is to move away from this and move toward the server browser model that the custom lobbies have … making official lobbies. Have the quick find option join a random one … but allow people to look for lobbies manually as well. This would also enable vote shuffle and such to help balance games that are statistically uneven.
Also, another option is to expand the New Player Matchmaking. Make it so you have to get to a certain rank to be matched into the main matchfinder (unless you are queue’d with other people in your party). This would allow new players to get accustomed to the game a bit more than the 1 - 2 games they get now. But make sure a pop up comes up stating, congratulations, you have reached X rank and will now match in the main matchfinder instead of the new player finder.
If anything, this is a better game than first SS, which you play to end basically solo
Then in 2nd game you desert, when there is two other real people?, let me guess they got into tank/plane, so you couldn’t, so you desert after 10 mins?.
