Though I have to disagree, because SF rifles are limited by their ammo pool hence MGs and assault rifles are also viable if you need continues fire.

The PPSh-41 with a 71-round drum magazine requires at least three close-range hits to the torso to kill a German soldier with HP skills, while the FG42 can kill a Soviet player with HP skills and a bulletproof vest with one shot, and its rate of fire is as high as 900 rounds per minute. If you think these two can be compared, it means you have a pure German bias.

900 rounds per second require you to semi auto at range, like you cannot hold the trigger at range with that firerate

I think that now, after the FG buff, there is no sense in playing for the USSR at 5BR. It’s better to go for 2BR or 3BR for USSR. At least until the USSR gets the AVT and ABC with a 20-round magazine.

Then I suggest you go play in the Soviet Union and use the AVS-36 with a firing rate of 660.

As for the Fedorov assault rifle, it is just a thing with 13.9 damage + 600 firing rate and can only be equipped by 4 assaulters. How do you expect it to face off against the FG42 held by 9 people?

In short, it reduces their squad XP requirements even further, since squad XP requirements are based on BR. Moving them to BR I ensures they would have the joint lowest requirements (for a squad that is admittedly not the most powerful), and keeps to the convention already established within the game.

I have the gun; played few games with it, unupgraded, collected from the frontline multiple times, it is strong rekoil, gurannted kill

Nice weapon and vehicle fixes and adjustments overal.

Squad XP fix has been needed for a while, good to see that being touched, lets hope that’ll be the last one.

Supply boxes though…

Germany:

  • Great, MP 40 now and not the MP 38, as it always should have been.

  • The Gewehr 98 should still be replaced by the Pre-War Kar98k.

  • STG 44 Sniper should still be replaced with the Sniper FG 42 II, paratrooper weapons to paratroopers!

  • Consider replacing the Ofenrohr with the Panzerfaust 100, for Germany.

Italy:

  • I still think the Breda Mod. 30 should replace the ZB-26.

  • Consider replacing the Ofenrohr with the Panzerfaust 100, for Italy.

US:

  • Great, M1 Bazooka should always have been in there!

  • I still think the Sniper M1 Garand should replace the Lee-Enfield No.4 MkI (T) for BR II-III, consider having the M1C in both BR III-IV and IV-V boxes.

  • I think a lot of people would accept the M9 Bazooka in BR III-IV boxes, its still in the BR III range, paratroopers are mostly dropped on the flanks where the M9 is more than enough, and less captured equipment is always good.

UK:

  • I would still like to see the Lee-Enfield replace the Sniper M1 Garand in BR III-IV, lets make the US and UK boxes different, they don’t need to be the same.

  • M9 in BR III-IV, for same reasons as US.

  • M1928A1 Thompson 50 to replace the Hyde M1944, please I beg you, no US prototypes for UK paras, lets give them gear that they actualy had access to, US Thompsons!

Japan:

  • Solid overall, no complaints here, maybe Te-4 MG to replace the Type 100 MG, it’s a BR lower but makes more sense than a heavy double-barreled weapon being dropped with paratroopers…?

You can only give Fyodorov’s Automat to 4 soldiers in a squad, but you can give FG to 9 soldiers in a squad. It’s a bit unequal, don’t you think?
And let me remind you that in our game, the meta is automatic rifles. Three squads of 9 people with automatic rifles, to be more precise.
