By the way, @Декард , what do you think about my offer to help with the translation in our group?
I’m wondering something.
Why is it only Soviets mains who complain about axis getting slight buffs (that only gets them on par with the rest)…
While Allies mains DON’T complain?
It’s something I genuinely do not understand.
Nah I use the MP35 at BR3 too, its gucci.
Sure, I will be in touch.I can show you some of my findings.
Ok I agree that after the merge the Squad interface misses a complete overhaul. The XP limits are okay for me, but the system in overall is a complicated mess compared to what it actually could/should be.
I can’t find my unique weapons, I can’t find my gold order soldiers (no simple search for them), I can’t easily make a certain weapon to level up because first I need to learn what squad is it connected to, then separately add that squad to my current selection, then later on find out from the unsorted list of squads in the upgrade screen whether that squad has leveled up - not even a simple highlight present to help me find the squads ready to upgrade.
And if I need to do some research to upgrade a weapon that is assigned to an unresearched squad, and I research it and wish to purchase, the system suddenly tells me I need to research previous stuff before letting me purchase the squad… Well.
I probably would
- completely remove the “reserve” / the limit on the soldiers not assigned to squads to simplify the squad upgrades
- would keep the squad size and soldier type unlocks (but get rid of the either engi or radioman style locking out)
- remove the class-specific 1-5 stars upgrade unlocks
- but keep the auxiliary weapon/backpack unlocks and add class specific perk unlocks (e.g. mine detection skill for engi and AT guys that highlight enemy mines if visible on screen for 3 seconds), this probably separated from the squad
- I’d consider separating the weapon upgrades from the squad upgrades also. Weapon upgrades could belong to weapon usage, use a given weapon enough and then the army will assign the mechanics/engineers to research possible upgrades for it (so weapon upgrade points for a given weapon would be time based, with kills giving extra bonus, e.g. 1 kill == 1 minute of holding the weapon. And then it’s up to the devs whether 1 hour or more usage is required for a weapon upgrade point.)
I don’t know whether you were about such changes, or just wish to completely scrap the whole squad improvement system.
Most of the things they wanted to do, they have already done, such as Hyde, Super Pershing, T20, and so on. And the main reason is that there are few of them. There are more Soviets and Germans than anyone else.
Not really…
I assure you on this side of the forum, allies mains are aplenty
ok,then I’m assuming you’re right
Now let’s talk about avt/avs. The avs Rate of fire is 800 and the avt Rate of fire is 750. When will these be restored to history?
Avt only have 15 round avs also😅
Except for the Soviet automatic rifle, the other camps are greater than or equal to 20. When will this problem be solved?
Bad idea, mg 42 has a higher rate of fire and damage, to kill from it you just need to at least hit the target, and to kill from rd 44 you need to aim well (at least more diligently than from mg 42 100)
What are you talking about? higher rof is not a factor unless you are always using a bipod MG42 100 is really inaccurate and has awful ADS dispersion penalty. Both RD-44 and MG42 100 always kill in two hits in usual close-mid range encounters. So RD-44 is always better in run and gun situations while MG42 100 is only better while defending but by not much. It’s “higher dmg” is irrelevant as it will never 1hk anyway. No RD-44 doesn’t require to aim you can spray it and murder entire squads it’s actually much easier to aim accurately than MG42 100 all you need is vertical perk.
Let’s see you making similar video while moving and spraying with your MG42 100 it’s not possible as even moving slightly will alter your dispersion massively.
This did not help anything and body armor is still a thing.
And now we’re forced to only just use FGs when it would have been better if we had standardized damage for everyone except for the Japanese.
The FG 42 and FG 42 II, as well as their variants, have not been left unchanged either. Their base damage has been increased to 12.7. Additionally, the FG 42 and the FG 42 with grenade launcher’s rate of fire has been increased to 900 rounds per minute.
A very good improvement
It’s about the damage.
The RoF of the normal FG 42 was changed because 900 is historical
Krieghoff FG has its historical RoF already, so it’ll just get a damage buff
Then this must come too
For both the MG42 (1500) and MG45 (1800)
This isn’t helping us and we’ve just condemned our brothers in low BR to hell

Only T-44-100 and IS1/2 with 100mm cannon can improve their army nothing else could be added and it won’t really change their situation as they will still get one shooted and keep crying about “TIGUR OP PLS NERF”.
50/50 gear balance fix the equipment superiority
not skill issue
This update did not help anything except make sure our veterans stay in high BR but even there we are not safe in the competitive aspect.
Extremely disappointed, very unfriendly to Soviet players, ready to uninstall
No, but this should make the bug less frustrating at least
Your logic is stupid, just because something can be killed doesn’t mean it’s balanced.
Dregomz:
KV-1 likes to say hi when it’s been down tiered and that’s not even counting the machine gun nonsense for the Soviets or the body armor.
Better to create new versions as they could have different bolts. Heavy bolt have current rof while light bolt have your faster rof.
Mp40 should also receive such new addition for BR3
obviously GE needs some attention on low BR spcially when it comes to smgs maybe if we give them a propper fast smg with not annoying sigths and a 32-35 magazine?? and ghost recoil/dispersion aswell
or just remove the body armor
While Allies mains DON’T complain?
Allied and Axis mains don’t hate eachother, 90% of Axis mains will happily support a buff for Allies as long as it’s reasonable and vice versa.
However many Soviet mains (usually coming over from the RU forum) behave as if this was not a game, but an actual war and try to secure all advantages to themselves.
This is probably due to RU forum, which is heavily split among faction lines and Axis and Allied players actually seem to despise one another.
