Barely anyone completes the tutorial for enlisted, although new players absolutely should. To increase this rate the tutorial needs to give players a reasonable reward upon completion (and promote this reward after entering the main menu, otherwise players wont know it/ignore it).
Also - if the servers allow it - Enlisted needs bigger teams asap. Recently noticed how empty the Berlin maps feel. Military missions like attacks on bridges are done on at least company level with ca. 100 soldiers active. In Enlisted the biggest concentration of soldiers you can realistically expect is 30 enemies, with the rest of the map being basically empty as consequence. Fuller teams will improve the game immersion & fun significantly.
I recommend 15 vs 15, with 1 more APC, 1 more tank, 1 more flexible plane & 2 infantry slots.
To implement that maps dont need to be changed, most will work well and for the few exceptions it can be adjusted based on data collected from the games.

even though freedom is a hard concept to grasp for some parts of the playerbase, as reddit is constantly spammed slop demanding nerfs/bans/removal instead of positive rewards.
As long as old players can go back and get that reward by completing the tutorial again then you right. But if only new players can get the reward then a lot of players will feel cheated.

Players who stay to the end should be rewarded, as occurs in Hell Let Loose, instead of losing almost all of your XP for being AFK for more than 30 seconds.
Nice im with ya but the jets are introduced and i guess the maps will be bigger and hope so too then makse sense with bigger team too 20-20 or 25-25 whouldnt be better then? Then 15-15? But all in all good idea👍
