Make Vehicle MG kills count as MG kills

Maybe not for tanks, but certainly APCs should.

I haven’t noticed it counting, at least for event missions.

MGs on tanks certainly dont, emplaced MGs do though, idk about APCs.

For new players this would be a really nice change, since they wont have either engineer 2 or MGs unlocked yet, meaning they can be blocked out of event tasks.
