so what I would like to happen is to make it so a battle hero/award is given to someone that stayed in the match all the way to the end. what ends up happening is it will give the battle award to someone who left the match early and doesn’t deserve it since the left the team behind.

Been suggested before and I’ll say what was said then.
If someone leaves halfway into a battle and still outperforms everyone else, that speaks more of the incompetence of the players still in the battle than anything else.

There’s also times when matches can be turned around. I don’t leave games early, so I know this can be the case. I don’t like having to carry every single match that proves to be “difficult”, so if other people would stick around and put in effort too, that’d be great.

Deserters were executed were they not? Cowards in the face of the enemy when backs are to the wall. Quitters need to be treated the same in Enlisted. Strip them of their rank, ban them for say two hours and put their name on a wall of shame.
You start a game you finish the game. Don’t desert your comrades

banning them is a bit over the top I think. Unless you want the developers to start copying Valorant’s system of treating quitters. all I want is to not give people who quite early the allowance to earn a battle hero award.
Only in glorious Soviet Russia, Japan and cubism Germany. The US I think only executed ONE dude because of deserting and that was after the battle.
There is sadly no CC (Cubism-Control wink wink) or NKVD, dude.

Who cares? I dont know these people. I play the game for egoistic reasons, not to win a meaningless match which doesnt change anything. We dont even play for a rank system sry a rank system where it actually matters to have a rank.

sometimes it is just too much waste of time when you have morons who dont know how to build rally points. if i at least see half competent players i will stay.

It’s the best (probably only) way to enjoy the game solo at the moment. Why would anyone want to waste your time with a team full of bots and players that are greater hinderance than those bots.
There is real life stuff to worry about - sometimes, there are cases where one has to leave the game.
I suggest there be incentives to stay to the end of the battle, rather than punishments for leaving.
