Make the paratrooper crate icon visible when the crate object is off the frame

When landing on an area with many bushes or an area with building wreckage it take a couple of seconds scanning for the direction of the crate. Enabling the crate icon when the crate object is not in the frame will improve the QoL of paratroopers a bit more

Suggestion

Make the crate icon behave the same way the marker icon is displayed when it’s not in the frame.
