A decent number of guns in Enlisted do not shoot where the Iron Sight is pointed in Aim down sights

Using the in game crosshair
Post has been updated to show the crosshair mis-alignment, as the dispersion cone debug is innaccurate
So in this case it’s the debug tool having issues, a while ago it used to display completely fine, but it got buggier in an update, you can especially see it when running around, as the debug cone goes haywire being completely disconnected from the gun itself
It’s only debug tool or are guns / bullets affected in some way too?

It’s only the debug tool, if guns were affected by it you would see 100 reports on CBR site, since it would be really noticeable
