I would like to see the Fg42 and Fg42 mk. 2 to be changed to start in automatic rather than semi-automatic, the Russians have the avt 40 which was another gun rarely fired in automatic start in it, it would just help making bots running around slightly more dangerous

Figured I’d post and try to garner more attention and support for it
It is only slightly better than the avt40, that would be redundant since they are almost the same exact gun
Well, in that case, it would be redundant to make FG42-2 avo-fire by default
That makes no sense, it would be redundant making the avs-36 auto because the avt-40 is auto so making the fg 42 1 or 2 auto would be redundant although neither is auto
personally, I think first FG 42 has more recoil but better open sights - so I actually use the first FG in semi auto, and the second FG in full auto.
all this aside, there should obviously be a way to set your favorite fire mode in some way
