Right now front turret of armored train is pretty much useless since it is the first one to get destroyed and it has smaller calibre than the other two guns (not to mention that the only field of view it has is the scope), and maybe a fix could be making them usable by three men (a gunner, a loader and a turret commander on the cupola like the pz4) instead of one soldier
Advantages:

More durability: if the gunner gets killed, there are other two guys to replace him, so the turret won’t become unoperable within the first minute of the match

More field of view: having a tank commander on the cupola like on the pz4 (which has the same turret) would fix one of this turret’s major weak spots, the field of view

Less bots in front of your firing line: when you use it your bots will stay in front of you obstructing your view and giving the gunner even more struggle (I know you can order them to stay in a defined place but It’s pretty much unrealiable on this game mode)
For consistency, maybe also the two howitzer should be given at least a loader
