I haven’t got to fight in Rzhev for a long time (I don’t know why, I’m playing br3), So i decided to just desert every match until I get it(I know how awful of me), 20 desertions later still no Rzhev! Is it br locked or something? Anyone else having this issue?

Not me - the less I see of it the better
stalingrad/rzhev will be in my #1 ban list when the map preference system is up
to say i HATE those maps is an understatement
Hopefully, the proposed Preferred Maps System will address such issues.
I haven’t seen Rzhev for a while either.

Not really. It’s not your fault that the game allows you to do that.
Anyway, the last time I had rzhev map was on 11.12.2024 according to replay site. So it’s quite rare for me as well.

Yeah… my replays only go back 12d but no Rzhev. Some US and Japan matches in there but lots of GER and Soviet so it seems rare. Stalingrad I can’t seem to avoid.

Man I dont get Rzhev enough or at all! to even earn a hatred for it.
Problem with proposed maps is that BR3 players can pick Tunisia or Moscow as their preferred map and get matched up against noobs all the time
To be fair, none of us know what the devs have planned with the new system, so all speculation is moot at this point.

Imo they should remove the system with maps based on BR. Enlisted is already very historically inaccurate and I want to play Tunisia more since it was my most favorite campaign

Not sure why anyone would hate Rzhev ?
It seems fairly well designed and doesn’t seem to give unfair advantages to certain ways of playing (eg tanks).
But then I haven’t played it enough to see any problems yet. I just know that whenever I get that map I enjoy the game.
If you look in the editor at the full map you can see they’ve still not even used about 50% of the map - there’s a whole area in the south which is pretty much impossible to access in any vehicles (all the bridges are destroyed). I can only assume they made it to be historically accurate, but didn’t consider how it would make that part of the map redundant.

The Tractor Factory is my least favorite and I cringe whenever I see it is my next destination, but I get it a bunch. For Allies, I mostly get the Hurtgen forest or Normandy playing level 5 allies. I don’t know what everyone else chooses when it comes to network, but I mainly choose ANY.
