Make movement dispersion of MGs tied to their weight

Originally I wanted to make a suggestion of fixing weird movement dispersion of some MGs but soon I realized I’d have to list 50% of guns as their stats are all over the place. So anyway…

Make weight the main factor that decides the movement dispersion

  • Maxim-Tokarev - 15.5kg - 13.0 movement dispersion penalty
  • Vickers-Berthier - 10.4kg - 0.0 movement dispersion penalty
  • MG 81 - 9.1kg - 15 movement dispersion penalty

Do I need to say anything more? Those are some arbitrary numbers without any logic or even without any system behind, it’s essentially random.

My proposal:
Weight should be the main factor deciding the movement dispersion penalty. This is clear I hope.
Then it should be slightly modified for the balance purposes but nothing extreme, I’d limit it to ±2.0 but that’s just my arbitrary number that feels right (quite ironic considering the previous paragraph but oh well, feel free to give better ideas).
