Since DF can’t detach legacy Luftwaffe uniform of Normandy Mortar squad and Berlin MG and Flametrooper squad uniform, why don’t they just add these Luftwaffe uniform to regular TT squad customization? That way we can make a proper line up for Luftwaffe Field Division wearing their proper tunic.
It’d be the similar with US Airborne Division uniform since it is available for regular TT squad.

but,
the reason why are for two.
A, ( spaghetti code / laziness )
they don’t want to apply these type of cosmetics to more than 120 times across the 40+ squads through all presets of all factions.
B, financial and investment incentive.
most luftwaffe units are locked behind premium or event.
due to being " popular ".
with that being said… needless to say that just like any other faction, germany should get access to luftwaffe & para cosmetics just like… the others.

I also want them to fix the M40 knochensack outfits all but a few of them have this ugly MG belt that you can’t remove. I like the olive M40, when I am making mods I can’t use it because I like to give my soldoers matching ammo pouches.

Also personally I wouldn’t give any of my German squads Luftwaffe uniforms because the units we have in game, except for I think maybe 2, aren’t Luftwaffe
Honestly they should give us “blank” squads that we can purchase. No unit number, no division, nothing. Just a plain squad with no history whatsoever. Then we can customize this squad however we want

Also OP, accept that customization doesn’t exist in this game, it will be easier to sleep. This is the worst customization narrative I’ve ever experienced in any game, everything is very bad. They haven’t done anything since Beta, and they never will in their life.
