So I run multiple engineers in my squads occasionally, and I like to have them set up my rally points. I’ll order my spare engineer to set up the rally point and my soldier says “Let’s set this up!”
With this statement, I assume that he’s talking about completing the rally point, but turns out, the command was to destroy it.
I don’t understand the strategic importance of destroying own rally point. The most I can think of is if someone mines your rally. But if you command your soldiers to destroy your rally, they’ll likely get blown up in the process anyway. And you can always shoot the mine.
Plus you can instantly destroy your rally point if you have an engineer equipped without being near it.
