Just increase the Gewehr 41’s reload speed to the level of the Johnson rifle and slightly increase its damage. Then it will be fine. Also, give the Germans in TT a sniper version of the Gewehr 41. And no Gewehr 43s on 3BR.

I actually up until the FG42 dmg buff used G43 Sniper in BR5 matches, not that I disagree with G41 being rather trashy, but why always look at buffs instead of nerfs, why not make BR3 semis universally have clip reloads instead of mag reloads - that would make the jump from BR2 bolt actions to semi autos less dramatic.

This G41 is worse than the premium one because the scope prevents you from using clips. (But it doesn’t look so ugly) This is necessary to preserve at least some sense of the existence of a premium squad with a sniper G41. (Although there was also a fancy version with a sight shifted to the side, like the AVS or Garand.)

Ok then add the Johnson magazine fed with 10 rounds or remove two bullets from the 43b or are two rounds to the garand magazine or converter the existing Johnson to feed from one magazine instead of two stripper clips, do the same thing either make the garand sniper a ten shot mag or add a Johnson magazine fed sniper or a Johnson 41 with one magazine fill instead of two stripper clips, or buff the Johnson and garAND some other way. I get it it sucks fighting USSR with 10 rounds and more damage but Germany fights USSR and us/UK power is bad k.
So, the USSR will be left without any semi-automatic rifles for the 3BR?

Despite being BR-IV and there being plenty of choices to pick from, I do like using the Gewehr 43 in high tier, so my troops look like NPC goons from early 2000s Medal of Honor because of the aesthetics. The weapon is currently in a middle ground of being crappy and being accurate, outclassed by other weapons in the same tier. And having an all FG 42 loadouts in my squad doesn’t speak “classic WW2” games to me. #JusticeForG43

Americans are running two semis with separate ammo pools at BR3 they have total 18 rounds. So how is it fair?
so germany should be allowed to run two semi autos with two ammo pools with 20 rounds, i love weeabo math

Yes, they can nerf G43 reload speed and buff G41 at same time to keep it around American reload but be more annoying for G41 (just not as annoying as it’s right now as it’s just unbearable).
Right now full clip/mag dump and reload of G41 + G43 = 6.7sec
While Garand + Johnson = 6.3sec
Don’t act like they are not having pool of 18 rounds with also better reload than both G41+G43 combo that is impossible atm and it’s best case scenario for both Gewehrs as they can reload for longer.

or they can drop the g43 to br3 and remove two rounds
or have it fed by stripper clips with the same reload as the johnson
Give the SVT-38 a stripper clip reload.
Add a different version of the G41 Sniper to the TT than whichever version the Premium one is.
