Make construction hammers intrinsically attached to engineers

Engineers’ construction hammers are dropped (and can’t be picked back up) when the engineer picks up another weapon from the ground.

In CBT, the radio operator used to have this same issue where they would lose their radio set but now it’s not in their inventory, it’s just attached to the character and accessed via the call artillery menu. The construction hammer should similarly be bound to the engineer.

Why the hell does picking up a gun off of the ground replace your secondary? It should work like every other game and replace your current weapon (primary for the most part).

could be the engineer’s melee weapon. Bash people to death with the hammer.

I know why they don’t do this, but this is legit.
