Make artillery have an arc

Artillery should have an arc and not be a orbital barrage where the shells come directly vertical. The arc should come from the spawn of the faction that shoots it.

This could allow buildings to give cover depending on angleband also make artillery even less of a free kill button with little repercussions (which it is)

It already has an arc. Just hard to notice. Best example is in monastery (invsion) on the 4th objective. If you try to artillery the enemys spawn close by where they defend, the artillerry will hit the monastery tower instead.

If it came from the sky, it wouldnt hit the monastery walls

I mean, artillery usually fired from very long ranges, a lot of the time way over 10km away, so at that point the arc would be near vertical. To stop it near the point of Impact, you’d at least need the walls of the castle map (forgot the name) in moscow. With all the problems this game has, the artillery arc is one of the lowest priority.
