I think its completely fair to mine rallies and camp them if you put them in obvious locations your practically asking for it its also the key to winning preventing the enemy from reinforcing the point.

these are all excuses, I mine rally points and help the team by destroying not only the rally point but also the entire squad that will spend time respawning. If you are not able to do the same, then you are less effective for the team. I can conclude that you have problems with skills.
