they had it ready last week, but you will learn that programmers never push update on late weekdays cause it means working whole weekend. that is why every release is done early on weekdays even if it is ready earlier.

Well, I just hope this is not a bug for me…
This is amazing! Very glad to see this bug finally fixed. Seems like all squads start around 1500xp instead of ranging from 1.5k-20k

All new post merge squads got bizarrely low exp requirements as well.

Some are even less; US assaulter III (a british squad that I desperately needed to grind) starts with 610 XP

it is not that they had bizarrely low exp requirements, but it is that old squads had bizarrely large exp requirements.

I disagree.
Post-merge squads have such low requirements that I don’t see why such a feature even exists.
There is literally no reason to pay to skip the grind. Because you can max these squads out in 10 games.
And even if there is some fool who wants to pay for it.
Now that upgrades have become extremely cheap in terms of gold.
DF is not going to get anything out of that poor guy anyway.
So I don’t see what the point of this system is.
It’s just a gimmick that’s really completely useless.
It just makes the game look more complex than it is.
They could’ve just taken the exp shenanigans completely away.
And just add checkboxes for what type of soldiers you want in that squad and if you want a backpack slot or two weapons.
So many guys are carrying ammo for that one guy. Truly a proper friendship.
