Machine Gun Nest Update

Once again I post for allow DF change light machine guns,here some concepts: givr them more “health” for hold a bit more damage like heavy one, if you dont like this, give light machine gun extra protection like extra sandbags or something else they could use, and even if you dont like it, engie 1 should have machine gun nests too,its bit outdated you need wait till Engies II when machine gun I can build a heavy machine gun who can do AA labors,resist more damage and dont overheat so fast like light one,if people have more ideas or concepts I am open to listen

I also think they need to increase the up/down traverse angles on the HMGs. Let them be used as discount AA guns

I certainly agree that it will often get knocked out to a stray round is a bit over the top.

And letting engi 1 build it seems a no brainer. However on that note, the point of the MG nest is to allow you to free up the slot that which could instead be replaced with something else while you use an engineer squad for the MG role which are far more versatile generally with an AT gun, AA gun and a LMG.

Honestly the addition of armoured/scout cars to the rider class would bring a whole new dimension to the game as HMGs would become far more useful even at higher BRs since HMGs lose their main benefits quickly.

I wish Heavy would have the crossair for do AA labors too,its a feature who devs place when they make them

I dont even want an AA sight for HMGs, just give them an option of being mounted on a tripod without cover for maximum traverse angles. Iron sights are good enough as long as I cant point the gun on target.

Yes… all HMGs should be modeled like the Russian DShK.

Would also like to see some choice in the lmg.

Since they don’t want to give us a beltfed mg42, we should be able to build one instead of just the 34.

Options should be available for all factions.
